"I asked if the y could cut just my sons hairline at the back and round the ears but she cut all over his head and I kept saying not to but she insisted and said she wasn’t cutting the length. My so. Was very distressed and I felt she wasn’t understanding at all. Overall a very bad experience."

"Awful experience. The hairdresser was smoking by the front door before coming in to cut my daughter's hair. The place has some nice decor but smelt like strong bleach. The dealing of the cut with an unsettled toddler was pretty bad. No effort made to build rapport with baby, didn't really ask what was required from the cut. charged full amount for a couple of uneven snips. We went late afternoon. service may be better with other staff."

"This place is excellent for kids nervous about a hair cut. My son doesn't like to be touched and hates having his long curly hair brushed, but the staff here were so patient and gentle. Gave him lots of distractions! And prices are more than reasonable!"
