"Arrived on the day to be told price had gone up by £30 from the published online price. Tried to make me book both vaccines in the course at once despite not knowing if my child would react well to the first one. Have since seen the same vaccine available at Boots for half the price you pay here. Clinic is tired and shabby. Staff were friendly and competent."

"Tried to book appointment to get GP certificate of good health for work based on chest xrays, blood test and ECG obtained a couple days ago somewhere else. Unfortunately I was told it was not possible without repeating those tests again at their practice. They could not explain what was so different about all those test done somewhere else and at their practice. It’s just the way they work. Being doctors they should know about harmful effects of radiation however their profit is more important."

"Had the full courses of all my travel vaccines here (so visited 3 times). Each time the nurse was so lovely and chatty, I felt completely at ease and she gives great travel health advice. It's very easy to make an appointment with plenty available, and since it's open until 6pm it's more convenient if you want to come after work."

"My partner attended the clinic today for his final travel vaccinations and were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist who was lovely and chatty and very shortly after we were sent upstairs immediately for his vaccinations. The nurses were extremely caring and gave us all of the information we needed on how to stay safe on our upcoming trip, quick and efficient! The only downside was that there as only a limited amount of parking on rockingham street opposite the clinic but I suppose that is what you expect being in the middle of a city centre, however there are many car parks on all surrounding streets. Great atmosphere and an all round amazing team at the Sheffield clinic. Thank you!"

"I am very disappointed with the visit to this so call "private clinic". When you enter the clinic, a small waiting room awaits you, where people sit on top of each other and fill out a form that contains very private information. Everyone can see what you're writing and hear what you're saying to the administrator. There is absolutely no privacy in the clinic. The clinic has a very young staff that doesn't elaborate enough into the really helpful information that would help you make a better informed decision. This shows that they have very little experience and can be potentially incompetent. To confirm my suspicions, a test sample was taken and lost in the process through negligence. I now have to go for a retest, wasting my time and money. I wouldn't say anything if the clinic was cheap or had good service, but my one visit cost me over 300 pounds. I didn't even get any answers or recommendations from the doctor. I've had better free consultations. This may not be a practice at that clinic. It must be customary to just take money form people assuming they are stupid. With conviction, I do not recommend this clinic to anybody. Quality of services and conditions of the facilities are of a very very poor standard. They should be ashamed. If not, choose a different profession. This is really not for you."
