"Poor experience. Hairdresser I had, she had a European accent. I asked for layers and 2 inches off, she cut too much off and then asked if OK - but it was a bit too late! I asked for thinning because I found it too blunt, she trimmed a bit on one side and stated she had finished and tried to get me out of chair. She had a very rude attitude! This costed me £40 for that experience. Please do not go here!"

"I had a really great service from Soo today. She did exactly what I wanted and not the bouffant cuts that most hairdressers end up giving me. This is my first time back in 5 years. I use to use Essenuals/New Hair quite a bit before, but then they took on a stylist that just did not know how to deal with Asian hair. I always ended up getting her and leaving disappointed. But today was a revelation once again with Soo doing my hair I will definitely make this my go to hair dressers."
