"I used to go to Franks religiously when Kady was around. She was a professional who always got it right. I continually gave them a chance in the hope that one of the stylists would be able to and knowledgable enough to execute a simple dye job yet have been consistently disappointed. My most recent experience will be my last, I dropped £70 and wasted a chunk of time to look exactly the same with 3 different shades in my hair and with my roots still on show. It’s laughable really as they try to convince you that there is a noticeable difference and that they have ‘corrected everything’. Frank, if you are going to charge inner London prices for mediocre services and outcomes then at least ensure your staff are able."
