"I first started attending the Therapy & Lifestyle Clinic in Sept/Oct 2022 after being diagnosed with PTSD and Anxiety following a road traffic accident. I have been seeing Billie. At times the sessions have been tough, especially the ones where we spoke about the accident. However now after months of attending the clinic, I can honestly say I actually feel better, and more content and in control of my life than I did even before the accident. Although it took for me to be in an accident to access therapy. I would suggest anyone to go and have a session, as it’s amazing what you can achieve and what you learn about yourself. Massive thank you for Sian for speaking on the phone to me for my initial assessment as I was at breaking point when we spoke. And again to Billie, thank you for being so amazing.
