"Wasn't super excited to go to the barber as I have anxiety going by myself but my sister encouraged me to, waited for like 10-15 minutes since all the barbers were busy (there were 4-5 so it wasn't lack of staff). Adam was my barber and he's super welcoming! As an introvert it's hard to talk to people, but he was super nice, very considerate of my opinion and made sure he was cutting properly. Thanks Adam!"

"Got my haircut today as my usual barbers were fully booked. Thought it would be good because of all the high reviews... the barber never really understood what I wanted and cut my hair shorter than needed. The hair dryer was on max heat, felt like my head was burning and told him to stop and change to a cooler setting. He even scratched my forehead while combing my hair and said "it was from the dryer". He apologised and was powdering my face and all trying to make up for mistakes, but I just wanted to leave immediately. Never going back again.."
