"Extremely rude customer service from the male owner this morning. After many successful haircuts for my son from Monica, we were abruptly told that 'they don't do children's haircuts unless we do the parents'. I would also add that we've attempted to spend over £50 on shampoo but their POS system is unreliable. They appear to be turning money away on multiple fronts. A real shame as Monica was lovely."

"As always, I had an excellent experience visiting Shape hairdresser today. Jay is amazing at blowdrying hair. He is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. Very helpful and listening to what I wants. I use this salon on regular bases. It has nice atmosphere and everyone is friendly, specially when I go with my 4 years old daughter she loves being there chatting to assistant. I Highly recommended.
