Friendly and easy to talk to and with an understanding of hair, and kids and what looks good. Def coming back every time we need a trim and with my other child too! Thanks for a positive experience. Daughter has been smiling all day!!!"

"The Mrs asked me to take our daughter out to get her hair cut. Being a bloke, I didn't have a clue where to take her, so I took her to the first place I saw. I got lucky! The girls were really welcoming and made my little girl feel at home. She was being quite indecisive, but Annette was really good at helping here to decide on a new style. She was really happy with the outcome, and the wife was chuffed when she saw her too, which earned me some brownie points!!"
