Caroline and her team are really friendly and welcoming, they always remember me and make a great coffee. I’ve used both Caroline and Katrina for my hair and they both did a fantastic job. The prices are good. They also have a Sunbed which is handy to have so close by."

"Let's start with a positive... my stylist was lovely, very chatty and friendly. I was offered a hot drink and politely declined. The haircut itself is below the standard I would expect from a salon, especially from a senior stylist. My layers are not blended, it appears as though I have a bob on the top of my longer hair. Picture what cheap extensions look like. By the way, I myself have worked in a salon for the past 10 years. To end on a positive the price was very reasonable but this is for good reason. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for! Hi Definition, thank you for replying. I can't seem to reply to your comment so I am amending my original review. You cannot find my details because I am writing this on behalf of my wife. I can confirm she visited the salon in Carpenders Park. Thank you for the offer to take a bit more off but she is going to have a go herself."
