"I am very pleased with my ash blonde highlights and the haircut done Ana Overall, I have been a regular customer of this salon for about 3 years and recently I was thinking to change the salon just for a change. But honestly, no hairdresser has ever given me a reason to change this salon, always a good effect despite the fact that I have a slightly difficult base and structure of the hair. In addition, my hair tolerates their products well and does not fall out despite quite intensive bleaching.Ana puts a lot of heart into the work and pay attention to details. I look a lot more polished now and nothing else has changed except the hairstyle. I highly recommend the Ana and whole salon!"

"Appalling service. Arrived for my appointment and the shop was closed and locked up. I had paid a deposit for my appointment and spoke to them that morning. I had arranged childcare for my baby also. No phone calls where answered at the time and although they did respond to an instant message about rebooking the following week it was quickly deleted. No follow up calls where made to me to try and rectify the following days. I had to keep calling over a number of days to eventually get through to them. My deposit has still not been returned. I had been to the salon once before for an eye last tint and wasn't impressed that time as could smell smoke on the beauticians hands. Thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt after that visit but i will never return. I hope they improve their customer service. If the appointment was at an inconvenient time (end of the day). I would of happily booked earlier in the day or earlier that week. If they had let me know. I won't waste my time there again."
