"I have been using Alex regularly for massages for just over a year now and I can truly say she is my go to person when I need a bit of self-care. She always goes above and beyond what I expect from her and is really attentive to working on my problem areas. She listens and gives good advice for after care too. Last week I wrenched my back and couldn't move, even slightly, without severe pain. I tried everything to ease it and the only thing that worked was a massage with Alex. The day after my massage was the first day in over a week where I could move freely and sleep without pain! I have only ever booked the full body massage with her and I would seriously recommend it for any tension problems or even just for an hour of relaxation where you can shut your brain off."
