"Dawn is a very nice girl but for me digital eyebrows were not how I expected. Dawn says that because it the past which was 5 yrs ago I had semi permanent eyebrows done That this was the reason mine were not a great success unfortunately I was still charged £280 . She did say I could go back , I do not have the confidence in her work. I am now still going out to buy eyebrow pencils , this has defeated the object"
