"This salon has a very weird unwelcoming atmosphere, I’ve been a few times and the nail techs have been rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was a bad day for them, however it’s persisted. Once the nail tech rushed so much she clipped my finger and didn’t apologise. They rush drilling the nails and are harsh with no customer interaction. Even though you’re paying for a service, it feels like you’re doing something wrong and shouldn’t be there. There really needs to be some customer training there. Won’t be turning its a shame because it’s such a convenient location."
