"This if for the rudeness of the staff towards its customers. I tried the nail salon only, can’t speak about the hairdressers. I witnessed many cases when they where being rude to other customers. They only really smile at you when you give them the money. No communication skills. Nails are okay which is why I am giving 2 stars."

"I have visited blossom and bloom salon a handful of times and its a very friendly welcoming place. Especially samina, she is absolutely wonderful in what she does. I just had my second facial with her and it makes my skin look and feel flawless. Samina is very good at examining the skin and using the products that will suit your skin. I’m so pleased with how my skin looks!! The whole process is also so relaxing I can’t wait for my next one! - today i also went for a 30 minute massage and i have to say it was exactly what i needed for the tension in my upper back and neck i’ve been suffering with recently. I highly recommend Samina if you want a excellent friendly service and a facial with gorgeous results!"
"I have been attending Blossom and Bloom for a long time now both for nails and hair. Jenny does my nails to ‘perfection’ . Lisa and Adam have both done my hair and again are perfectionists. The salon is spotlessly clean and all the staff are efficient, professional and very friendly in my experience…..all listening to what you need and making sure you are happy. Great customer service . I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"
