"The service was terrible. The lady insulted me repeatedly by saying that my natural hair is “too curly”, and that I shouldn’t have cut it short, and that I would look much better with long hair. These comments actually made me cry when I went back home. If you don’t know how to style curly hair, maybe you shouldn’t be a hairdresser in east London! Just saying!"
