"Poor organization, no clear queuing system. You had to know which barber you want to cut your hair. I nearly missed a haircut after patiently waiting for near 1 hour. Though my protest prevented a wasted trip. Friendly people and service but need to organise themselves better."

"Not even one star...ive been in there 3 times with my 12 year old son as he wants he's hair cainrolled. They first time, even though they were rude and abrupt they done my son's hair. Told me it was going to cost £20. When finished it cost £37. I was ripped off but didn't want to cause a scene in front of my son. 2nd/ 3rd time I went for Cainroll I was looked up and down then told no one could do it. But on both occasions there were 2 barbers and 2 hair stylists. One ladies was sitting styling a doll head. I'm not and have never been racist. My children are multi cultural. 6 kids and 32 years after my first son was born and still made to feel uncomfortable taking my son into have he's hair done. This shops staff are disgustingly rude. Made my son feel uncomfortable too."
