"Booked a massage today, but had some terrible news about a friend. This salon phoned me and was very angry when I explained that I cannot make it, she screamed at me down the phone saying it’s a fake booking and that she will be reporting me. So unprofessional. My neighbour has since told me that the place is awful and really unhygienic. The salon needs to be nicer to people as they don’t know what people are going through"

"I really hate to do this and give a bad review but I got eyelash extensions here about 5 weeks ago. When I got home I noticed that they weren't the 'mink' I'm used to, they felt really plastic A few days in a number of them started going sideways and now 5 weeks later all of my natural lashes have fallen out. I've had this treatment elsewhere many times before so know what to expect but I'm so disappointed by this. Since writing the review above they have been in touch to rectify. There's not much to be done at this stage but I do appreciate the effort to call me and offer. Increasing the rating due to customer service alone."
