"Time to offer more face to face appointments and also get rid of masks please! people are up to date with their vaccines, what's the problem now? If you are an outpatient get a parking permit form the reception. I've used this facility on several occasions and wasn't told I could get a permit until I attended a recent appointment."

"So after dealing with complex mental health all my life. I was referred when I was 18 after being with the children’s team all my life. I have been referred 8 times since and about 2 months ago I was accepted to folly hall after many breakdowns and having to pay for my own help. Today I have received a letter saying Iv been discharged and send back to my gp as I missed 2 appointments. After speaking to a rude lady on the phone she said the letters where going to my old adress and I need to go back to my gp. I’m honestly disappointed with this team and can’t believe it’s still running. What a way to boost my mental health."

"I don't understand why this team is still even running, they are shocking! They say to get in touch with them if you feel in immediate danger to yourself, then tell you someone "may be" in touch in the next couple of weeks as they don't feels it's urgent enough. Even AFTER a GP rings and says he is concerned, they still DON'T CARE!! The lack of empathy and care off this team is diabolical and I will be refusing any future support. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING folly hall!!"

"I understand to a certain extent some of the negative reviews, but I’ve had great Care Coordinators from there and Dr.Basu has always been supportive and caring. Most importantly he listens. One thing I’ve never got on with, and the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the Crisis Team (however many times they change the name) is not fit for anyone to use. They work from standard questions and don’t deviate. If you ring late at night in distress they say have a cuppa, have a bath, try go to sleep! They spoil what is, in my opinion a good service."
