"I booked an appointment for 2 pm and told her I had a party to attend but she kept me waiting, saying she will attend to me soon and even people that came after me made theirs and left. Before I knew it, 2 became 8, then from 8 pm to 10 pm. I didn't even mind coming later in the night to make my hair, maybe after the party. But the fact that I had to wait that long and still didn't get to do my hair was just disappointing and irritating. Terrible customer service. If I give this a negative star, I would gladly do that."

"Not happy that they lied about seats being booked but every couple after us was welcomed with "sit anywhere you like". Food was nice but deserts where pretty bland which surprised both of us. The service was good in the end but are experience was ruined by being in a awkward table on a half empty venue."
