"I had a really poor wax experience here. I was shocked because I paid a lot but the waxing felt rushed as it was their last appointment. The grow back was poor, all hair follicles were raised and ingrown. My friend went this week for a gel nail and paid £45 and multiple nails chipped in three days, it was a sloppy job. This is a few of many poor experiences here, it’s a shame as I like to support local businesses but I believe it is seriously overpriced for poor service."
