"Having had a pedicure today, the young lady doing it asked if I had brought flip flops with me. I said, no, should I have done? As it transpired, yes, it would have been useful to have brought them. I walked to the salon in shoes and socks. I waited a fair bit of time to let the varnish dry, but after having walked home, the varnish was ruined. I might as well have saved myself £30 and done it myself, as I had to redo them again. This is not the young lady's fault, but a lack of communication on behalf of the salon. I brought this to the Manager's attention, but she seemed uninterested."

"I always love going to Inches of Oxted the ladies are all so friendly and welcoming (especially for a beauty newbie like me who never knows what she wants). Sue on reception is an angel and Dawn and Ellie who I had treatments with today are there with the good chats and stories and incredibly experienced in their craft. "As a former Human Resources & Business Consultant, I was amazed at the warm and professional welcome given to me when I arrived at Inches at 16.50, by 3 therapists. A Clarins user for many years, I have some health issues and Clarins have withdrawn the moisturiser which suited me. So I needed some advice - I'd already been elsewhere, been sold something unsuitable; also I'd contacted Clarins but the sample they kindly sent was also unsuitable. So imagine my delight when I was helped by these 3 people - especially as it was almost their closing time. Just want to say a BIG thank you and make this recommendation!"

"I saw the board outside the salon offering a 70% sale on eyelashes extension done by two Therapists. I went in to book, but the receptionist said that the offer was not on anymore, but she told her colleague that if they advertised it they should still offer it. Her colleague said no, that the therapist did her last offer last night and now it was over, but she could give me 20% instead if I booked soon! How unprofessional of her. If you advertise something in front of your door, you should offer it! i'm very disappointed as I'm new to the area and I was looking for a nice place to go and relax, it won't be there as they are not honest and lack of professionalism. I'm giving two stars only because the receptionist understood the situation and kindly tried to help despite her colleague otherwise a 0 star would have been given!"
