"I asked for curtain bangs with some slightly shorter pieces and showed numerous reference photos where all the framing pieces were not shorter than cheekbone length. I left the salon with a full fringe. The staff was lovely and I felt too bad to complain at the time especially seeing that the damage had already been done. However, it is not what I asked for at all and I hate it. Not only that, it’s very bluntly cut and uneven, impossible to style."

"Showed a picture of the hair I wanted but wasn’t achieved during my visit. A friend had a similar situation. Would recommend a cut and blow dry but not colour. Offered for me to go back and get highlights but I was in there for so long the first time I just didn’t want to go back. It was also pretty cold in the salon so wasn’t the most pleasant experience. Wasn’t going to write a review but they posted my hair on their Instagram page after I’d made a bit of a fuss about not liking it (the post made me like it less when I compared to all the others) and it just seemed a bit cheeky."

"I had a deep tissue massage,facial and an indian head massage. All treatments were absolutely amazing and left there feeling incredible and totally relaxed. I will be doing at least one of these monthly there from now on. So many different treatments available in one place!!"

"The lady who did my nails was very sweet. What the salon didn't make clear is that she is still in college learning how to do nails (still charged £70), so the day after getting them done I had three chips and one of the shellac nails started peeling off entirely. Not her fault as she isn't qualified but very cheeky of the salon owner to charge £70 for a service performed by someone still in training. I would avoid this place as the owners should be more transparent about the training of their staff and the products they have aren't good quality."
