"I’m pretty disappointed with my manicure from Beauty Box. After a little over a week, half of my nails are peeling and my nails look totally grown out. My beautician did not spend much time cutting my cuticles and did not paint down to the base of my nail, resulting in short stubby looking nails. The shape of the nails was also inconsistent. The positives are that the staff is very friendly and the salon is quite clean."

"I been more the an month ago for a gel manicure. Had to remove the old one, the guy struggled a bit to remove it with a remover polish,i been surprise because I use to made my nails in Spain and they use The same brand, Opi. Because he was struggling removing the gel he used the electronic nail drill file, and the result is that now I have excavate nails. 38£ for what? Expensive and not even happy. *RESPONSE* -I don t know if under the gel was other strong gel or acrylic , what I know and I m sure is that my nails before your treatment wasn’t excavate. In Spain remove always my gel polish with acetone , they don t need to use drills. Goodbye"
