"Absolutely terrible. Would never come here again, and I strongly advise others not to either. I came in and asked for a trim and to bleach my hair blonde, what I was left with was a terrible hair cut which they did in under a minute (literally just chopped it off) and hair that was a combination of GREEN, RED and YELLOW. I was mortified. To make matters worse, my "hairdresser" didn't speak a word of English so I couldn't communicate with her, when I was worried my hair was going to fall out after her applying bleach to my hair, and didn't keep checking as you're meant to, it was causing me extreme discomfort and pain. She also kept coughing on me throughout, absolutely disgusting. After leaving my hair in an atrocious condition (very badly damaged and yellow,red and green) she then suggested I payed extra to dye my hair again back to brown, the same as it was as I came in, before bleaching it. Because I was too embarrassed to walk home with my hair looking the way it was, I was forced to dye it there. They didn't have the hair colour i wanted so I had to call my sister to buy and it and bring it to me, which they then used and charged me full price for, despite the fact that it was a box dye that I BROUGHT. I ended up paying just under £200 for the worst experience of my life. No one was apologetic and the hair dresser was being very rude and rolling her eyes. And I know it is not just me who has had issues with this place, as I remember as I came in a customer was very disgruntled after the same woman plucked her eyebrows way too much leaving her with half an eyebrow, and again she responded to the woman's complaints by walking away and rolling her eyes. I am shocked by how terrible this place is."
