"This woman charged me more than what she initially stated and claimed she changed her prices without informing me. Avoid at all costs because I also had to restart my locs because she ruined it. Her attitude stinks too."

"I started my hair here and have been going here for 6 years and it’s always been a mixed experience. One thing is her mood and attitude fluctuates, sometimes she’s polite and sometimes she’s just plain rude and dismissive. She recently increased her prices and introduced a late fee with no warning. She has no price list on display so she can change how much she charges whenever. Complaints are sometimes made about what style you want and if you don’t like how it’s done. It’s a shame I’m giving this review because when the energy is right the experience is nice and I’ve had some great hairstyles however you never know what you’re going to get."

"If I could give this trash of a salon no stars, I would!!! This owner is trash!! She is unprofessional and rude!!! Has no time keeping barely responds to her clients. She had me waiting for 5 1/2 hours for her just to wash my hair!!! She was 2 hours late for my appointment with no apology!!!! It was inexcusable. She was extremely condescending. Do not waste your money at this trashy and unprofessional environment. I would rather deal with coachroaches who have wings."
