"Daniele, here are the photo's of only two weeks after my visit. Please let me know if this is the result I should have expected after paying £325 in you salon. I contacted Alison asking him to fix the job, not add, as I was not satisfied. I have not insisted he visit my home, this was in fact his suggestion after stating that 'the salon is not being flexible' and that he is 'serving some clients at home to get better prices' (I am more than happy to post the screenshots of this conversation as well if that helps). The customer service being shown here is awful and perhaps you feel like you do not owe your clients any apologies after doing bad work on their hair, as I can see from previous complaints, but it would be super helpful if you could pass on the contact details of the owner of the clinic, if this is not yourself."
