"They are Vietnamese and very poorly trained. The type with long nails that go into your skin when they do the manicure. Their nails are terrible, long, dirty and uneven plus wearing dirty clothes and a hairstyle that beggars belief. Presentation is key abs they do not have it. Despite being in the U.K. for quite a while they cannot understand English and they do not understand the customer when communicating. They are rude and talk amongst each other in Vietnamese in front of the customer to chat about nonsense. The service is £18 and they can barely hold a nail filer without messing it, pulling the cuticle with the cutter. Atrocious and happy when they leave Tufnell Park."

"I usually go there for my eyebrow threading and I like the results with Sonya. However, today was a total disaster with another lady. She messed up my eyebrows and I could do a better work on my own without losing money for this terrible look. She even cut my eyebrows without brushing and left many hairs in weird spots. I also had bleeding because of the way she use thread and I don’t even wanna talk about they look more shapeless than before and I need to walk around with this face for few weeks! She didn’t even say sorry and I’m totally disappointed."

"I came in with really short nails (because I play an instrument and have a baby) and despite that, they were able to do a great job. I had a chrome nail done with a peach undercote and a nude done on my toes. The upstairs is especially pretty. That’s where I got my pedicure (shellac but no chrome) When my nail was smudged they fully redid it (I did have to ask - I got shellac). I will definitely go back."

"I love everything about this salon! My friend and I came for full set extensions with gel polish and nail art and they did everything perfectly, spent loads of time with us making sure everything was perfect and the actual nail design was BEAUTIFUL! The salon itself is so welcoming and bright and all the measures being taken make it feel very safe to be in (remember your mask!), the prices are very reasonable for the service you receive. My second time getting my nails done here and I will definitely be back soon!! Thanks so much guys , Alix and Mimi :)"
