"I used to go to this salon for years when i lived close by. In the last two years the original owner went elsewhere and a new owner has taken over the shop. The staff were WAY MORE experienced from the last owners ownership than they are now. I went to go and get a full set of eyelash extensions done very recently and i have to say these were the worst extensions i have ever had in my life. I used to regularly get them so i am pretty up to speed with how they should look. The person who did them left gaps in my eyelashes and basically couldn't be bothered to do the job properly. The entire time i was lying there with my eyes closed all i could hear was her saying " oh for goodness sake none of them will stick, i am getting really frustrated now" This is the last thing you want to be hearing from someone who is performing a treatment on you. I reluctantly paid as i left the shop and within ten minutes came back into the shop and asked for them to be removed. I then walked out in a panic as i was going on holiday and phoned back the next day to request my money back. I have now called twice and nobody has even bothered to phone back to resolve this issue. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON AND GO ELSEWHERE. The new owners are ruining the name of this place by providing an awful service. I know many people who live in this area and people who have been going here for years so i will make sure to tell them all the same and to stay well away."
