"Is my second time going on thas salon and the second was terrible experience I did my half arm wax and my eyebrows... during the was she was absolutely a mess and left uneven the line of my half arm..then we moved to my eyebrows omg disaster the make my eyebrows look terrible I have a lot of hairs and I left them for a wedding and she mess up everything short on the front and thin ..I asked her just cleaned them un and fizlx shape she did exactly what I didn't ask for...I'm tooo upset and they charge me £25 with talking to each other no price list ?? Never back again"

"I visit sara salon at regular basis and I am someone with OCD however sara salon has always satisfied my needs and their work is so great and professional. Staffs are so lovely and approachable Highly recommend this salon I highly recommend their laser treatment and hair colouring too"

"Awful experience please avoid this hairdressers. I wanted a wash cut and blow dry which I told one lady. Then the other lady started on the blow dry and I completely forgot about the cut. Anyways she cut the hair not even wetting it or anything. I asked how would she know its straight cut the other lady said dont worry shes got 30yrs experience. Only after a few days when I asked my flatmate to check my hair did I realise it was like a m and m cut. Awful. Also she burnt my ear whilst blow drying. I contacted them about this and they didnt care. So I went into the salon and they cut it straight apparently even though all I wanted was my money back for the cut. Unprofessional hair salon if you call this one. Please avoid at all costs!!!"

"Terrible. I asked the lady who was threading my eyebrows to leave the front of brows as they were. She did not listen and removed about an inch of hair from my eyebrows. They look awful and I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. I will not be returning and I suggest that if you want nice eyebrows, you visit somewhere else to have them threaded."
