"Perfect place to go if you have thick hair! I came in last minute with no appointment booked in advance and was given the best haircut of my life. I had my hair previously cut at an additional salon, which came out choppy and uneven - And was so happy that Cher was able to fix everything so effortlessly :) I was even advised on what exactly to ask for next time for my thick hair and felt really comfortable being with an experienced hairdresser. I walked out of the salon feeling so much more confident with my new style, I definitely recommend."

"The service was okay, I have no complaints with regards to my hair. However, the staff over charged me and I definitely regret getting Cher Salon to do my hair colouring. Please be careful before you go they change thier prices and don’t stick to one. My sister got charged 80 pounds and I got charged 150 pounds for the exact same service. Also when I called I got told the price of 90 pounds which was changed on the day. Although the staff seemed friendly and the service was good, this is a very dishonest thing to do and not acceptable at all. I regret going ahead with the hair colouring and will definitely not be going back. Please be careful when it comes to prices if your going Cher salon. However I advise you don’t go to avoid being over charged."

"I had the most AMAZING experience at Cher salon today. I hadn't had a haircut in years and I left with perfect layers and silky smooth hair. Cher and her assistant were so so lovely to me and we had great conversation the whole time. I often feel conversation is forced when I go to hairdressers and it's part of the reason I don't get my hair cut often, but today, the time absolutely flew by because we were just chatting away! Cher's assistant was also very kind and considerate when washing my hair. 100% recommend!"

"Not a great highlight and cut, my roots are really stripey and you can still see the line where my hair has grown out before, cut is really choppy and uneven. Really disappointed as had a nice experience in the salon but after washing my hair this morning, the colour really isn't very bright, has coppery strands still and despite paying for a full head of highlights it looks like I've not even had half! The blonde stripes are so thick and not blending with my hair at all. As well as this, I rang up a few days before to ask if I needed a patch test and was told it was not necessary and I shouldn't have one, I have come out in a weird scaly rash all over my ears and neck that is unbelievably itchy and really red. Really disappointed with this treatment :("
