"I used to use this salon regularly before lockdown. since lockdown i have used the salon twice. On the first occasion the therapist removed skin from my bunion with aggressive filing causing significant pain. On the second occasion the therapist removed the skin from both of my big toes with overly aggressive filing. Again i am left with painful feet & unable to walk. The therapist did not speak, & appeared in a rush."
