"I booked in for a straightforward colour treatment here. I had several photos to support the description and have had this treatment successfully at numerous other hairdressers. I was advised on the phone to allow 1 hour and 15 minutes (I had to arrange childcare so this was important) 3 hours later, my hair was pink. I asked if it could be corrected and it has been to a certain extent. I went to pay and was rather taken aback than not only was I not given any money off for the error and inconvenience, I was charged for a blow dry I didn’t ask for. £100 down and my hair isn’t at all what I wanted. I wasn’t asked if I would like any refreshments and the service by my stylist was very cool throughout. I appreciate that mistakes can be made but the attitude on top made it an unpleasant four hours for me. An apology and a little warmth goes a long way."
