"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I got the Swedish massage and prescriptive facial where long story short, the therapist rubbed something on my hands and feet and when I left I had a huge itch on my ankle area. The next day this was what occurred as a result of whatever she used on me (see photo). I called and complained and the therapist denied ever touching my foot. The lady on the phone (I believe the manager) also believed her and denied that she would’ve touched my foot, when she herself wasn’t there. They both denied everything, were very defensive and did not offer any compensation. Please avoid at all costs! Their customer service is horrible, they only care about the money and they are liars!"
