"I don’t leave reviews often but felt the need to for this place. Very inconsistent cuts. Paid normal price of £45 for a very rushed wash and cut/blow dry due to the fact they were understaffed. Honestly that isn’t the customers problem. If you are understaffed… take on less customers, or at least charge half the price if you’re going to rush my wash/cut/blow dry and tell me you don’t have time to style how I’d like. When I looked closer once home it was bluntly cut and not thinned off at the ends at all. I was made to feel like it was a bother I was there and I didn’t get my hair done how I wanted. When she blow dried my hair (I asked for a straight blow dry) the top was so frizzy I had to ask her to go over it again which is ridiculous, lots of kinks in places too. I’ll never come here again, for that price and service it’s appalling."

"Walk in ask for my 11 year to have a tiny trim and wash blow dry told one member of staff then told the girl who was cutting it the same I then noticed they don’t except cash told lady I’m just getting cash for them after I’d already said a tiny trim wen I came bk the lady had cut my child’s hair right up to her waist my child’s hair was past her bum it wasn’t even cut level I’m devestated and said it what my child asked for after me the parent and adult had already give 2 adults instruction of what to do devestated over this been growing her hair sence a baby would definitely not recommend If you do use fir kids you will need to stand over hair dressers shoulder to ensure they do what you have asked"
