"I had a very bad experience at this place for last 2 times. Now I am never going there again. There is always different staff and they are not properly trained. One time I had got waxing done on the face and that lady did so badly that I had skin peeled all over the face, it almost took a week to for the skin to heal completely and it was peeled so badly that I still have some dark spots left. Today I went for eyebrow and that I had to show leftover hair to tidy up 4-5 times and finally she just messed up my eyebrow completely. I complained to manager and she didn't give me any sorry or reassurance or she also charged me for such a bad job. I can do better job with plucker myself. I am never visiting this place again."
"I generally use this place for eyebrows but today I would like to recommend another service. Due to lot of computer use, I developed some knots in my neck and my shoulder was really stiff and painful. Shama was great at relieving me of this pain in the 30 minute neck and shoulder massage session. She was extremely thorough in her approach. I would definitely be going back."
