"Very disappointed with the service we received from here! We booked our 4D scan at Wakefield and on the morning of our appointment they text me to say we would have to reschedule or go to Huddersfield. We chose to go to Huddersfield where we were waiting nearly 1 hour past our appointment time. Unfortunately baby wasn’t in the correct position so we had to reschedule our appointment. The following week we were booked in at the Wakefield clinic and a few hours before our appointment received yet another text asking us to come 2 hours later due to there being no receptionist. At the appointment the sonographer advised she would send an email to myself with description on how to choose 2 colour prints which would then be sent out via post. I never received the email… I took it upon myself to email the company three times regarding this to which I have received no response. Therefore I haven’t received my scan photos which I PAID FOR. AVOID! This completely ruined our 4D experience."
