"Slow service because staff were chatting with one another. Tables dirty and infrequently cleared but not cleaned. Floor and furniture dirty. Coffee was OK. Also, message on the wall about sustainability but most drinks for customers drinking in seemed to be served in disposible coffee cups. Greenwashing? If this is a franchise then Starbucks need better franchise standards or auditing."

"Recently refurbished its interior is comfortable with seating, power sockets and good coffee of course. Overall great. But… What has really let it down is that their toilets are permanently “out of order” - you can’t sit there with your laptop or with friends for any decent amount of time. Until the toilet is repaired unfortunately I’ll be taking my money elsewhere."
