"Really awful experience. Don’t go here with children as they will go out of their way not to accommodate. I asked the barista for tap water after ordering a cappuccino and said she was only responsible for making coffee, refusing to bring it over to me."

"Coffee is competitively priced given the good quality and as such I have become a regular over the past few months. Unfortunately I was dismayed by the customer service as there is a member of staff who rudely told me off for trying to return my finished cup of coffee (as a means of being helpful). I understand that it may have not been what they desired in that moment of time though I would have appreciated if I was told in a respectful manner, befitting of an adult paying customer, not as if I was their child."

"Great place next to Saint Paul cathedral. Impressive selection of sandwiches, cakes and a good coffee. The service is good. Also, the wifi connection is strong. Downstairs is a little quieter. When it's summer, there are tables outside."
