"The third time they’re messing up my order! I’m getting the same thing every single time, I pay extra for the shots of coffee and the syrups yet every time they have to mess something up! Train your staff better. Staff doesn’t know the difference between normal and soya milk and when you ask them if they used soya they roll their eyes , people have allergies and intolerances and they have to understand that , don’t work in customer service if you don’t like interactions with customers, ridiculous service!"

"Nice Starbucks, spacious, open, with friendly (albeit busy) staff and great drinks. Yay for eggnog lattes! Their food display looks delicious and fresh, I love the big windows, and it's very close to Oxford street (right behind the Samsung store). There is a bathroom, which feels like a rarity in London."
