"I ordered a hot latte with whipped cream on it on the app. And when I went to collect, there’s only half cup of coffee without milk foam and cream on it at all. I told the guy (he is a short black middle aged man) it’s only a half, then he started to scold me, said I came too late blahblah and kept scolding when he remade the coffee. I don’t understand why he’s so angry, and I just told the fact that theres only a half liquid in the cup… please avoid this guy when you go to this shop….so rude"

"URGENT MESSAGE To all the population in UK , this is the worst café in the planet. The staff there turn the Air-conditioning deliberately to force people to leave the café. Its freezing cold there and uncomfortable . The café is dirty and the staff are very rude and unprofessional. The manager BOBBY AND JACOB refuse to turn the Air-conditioning off and the weather outside is very cold. The toilets' are very dirty, smelly and unhygienic. This branch should be investigated by the UK GOVERNMENT immediately . This message is for the health secretary please you need to take ACTION immediately and change the management there . This branch deserves -100"

"Hard to rate a Starbucks poorly but the place was absolutely filthy. Literally trash on every table. Used cups, napkins, food items, etc were on the tables and floors. Staff is unpleasant, unhelpful and unfriendly. Definitely not indicative of Starbucks in the US (where it’s from). Starbucks headquarters would be appalled at this location. This is one of locations where you want an episode of “Undercover Boss” to be secretly filmed. Gave two stars for the spaciousness and convenient location. Take a look at my drink. I asked for light ice but they practically gave me a full cup of ice. I"
