"No hot food after 7pm & earlier closing at 7.30pm now. They are sending customers to Mac Donalds & KFC. Best to keep driving and avoid the place if you're driving in the evenings to avoid disappointment."

"Useless staff laughing on customers faces... I particularly asked for SMALL BLACK COFFEE LESS WATER and I ended up having a disgusting cup full of water and milk. ( HAVING DAIRY INTOLERANCE) At checkout (DriveThru) I asked again to confirm my drink and the lady said YES laughing... BLACK COFFEE LESS WATER I couldn't go back because of the traffic. Shame... Waste of time and money."

Household Kennell:

"DO NOT USE. My wife met here sister here and ended up paying a £60.00 parking fine. This WAS a convenient place for them to meet and talk. Guess what. It is not anymore. She will be taking her business elsewhere. Yes UK Parking notices around but unless you look closely it is for 2 hours only, even if you are using the establishment. No notice at the entrance to Costa. No notice inside Costa. Was not advised by the staff that she had out stayed her welcome. If we could give minus stars we would. On top of that our coffee machine at home makes better coffee."
