"against my will, my girlfriend made me order food from this place, and once again it we had a bad experience. ordered 3 burgers, 2 of them were over cooked, i called the shop, told them about it, the guy asked me to send him a picture on his private number, which was weird, but we did so, and called him back, he then reluctantly said he'd give us 10£ off our next order because he had already started closing the shop.. today we called them to get the food we didn't have yesterday, and the same guy said that he'd give us 10% discount (our order was 23£, so the discount would actually be 2,30£), we mentioned he said he'd give us 10£ discount but very rudely, he said that if we want 10% discount he'd do it, but if not to get off his phone line. this wasn't the first or the second time we have problems with them, but we ain't ever ordering again, and hope that whoever reads this can rethink and get their food from elsewhere."
