"Hi, I came to your shop several times ,everything is fine except your TV was broadcasting Jihadi's TV channel and playing propaganda for religious and fanatic Jihadi's. Please do not use religious and Jihadi's TV channels as your shop is a public place and people come there just for shopping not to be expose to this sort of programmes, and it is against the law (act 2000 ) advertising and propaganda for Jihadi's. Otherwise I have to report you to the authorities. Thanks for your understanding."

"I was there this morning and was buying something and accidentally dropped something on the floor because the handle broke. I asked for some tissue and said sorry and I cleaned it up and the boss came and said I wouldn’t have to pay for it. I got another one and went to the till to pay and paid for my shopping and he said I’d have to pay for the thing that dropped and he was being very rude and disrespectful to me shouting saying I’d have to pay for it when he said I didn’t have to a minute ago. I was very embarrassed and had to pay when he said not to before. Not coming here again, was a regular customer but now I won’t be here again."
