"Very unhelpful staff in the hot food area. They could see that we waited for the BBQ chicken for at least 20 minutes, but they still didn't bring it out. As we were leaving, the chicken was still not bought out. The food was already cooked as well, I don't know why they didn't bring out 2 or 3 at a time. We also bought a packet of mini chocolate doughnuts, and they were best before yesterday! Why were they not bothered to change it, I wonder?"

"Looking for a supermarket and passed here. Had late lunch of sausage and mash which my husband enjoyed. Beef lasagne was surprisingly tasty. Got the shopping items we needed"

"I called in with my husband to buy some fruity muesli. As we walked into the store we encountered a dreadful smell of sewers. We both needed the loo and were both disgusted by the cleanliness of the toilets. They were blocked and the the stench was unbearable. Even after washing hands we both encountered hand dryers that didn't work! We went to the cafe and the smell even seemed to hang in the air there too. Just one other observation... we wondered why wholemeal/brown rolls are not offered with the soup? Sorry to complain buy hy giene is important where food is concerned."

"Very very busy. Some very rude people, but the store is great. Shelves stocked place clean and tidy. Staff helpful when needed. Prices average for Sainsbury's. Will use again when in the area. Massive car park, a big bonus"
