"The move to majority self service tills has been a disaster. Queues for miles for people with trolleys. Not enough staff. Feels really claustrophobic and unwelcoming here now. Used to be a nice supermarket. Feel.sorry for the staff who work here as not their fault. Sort it out Mozzas!"

"Didn't have a lot of pretty basic items I wanted in stock. Many veggies only come wrapped in plastic. Changes to the self checkout have not been for the better, required assistance twice. Then to top it off the self-opening doors out of the self checkout area wouldn't open for me. Slightly harrowing shopping experience to be honest. Used to be much better."

"Dreadful . Went in for a few bits and pieces only to find nobody serving on the tills. Huge queue for self serve and one member of staff running around like a headless chicken trying to help. Meanwhile store manager stood near the entrance laughing and joking with the security guard, when I complained, completely uninterested"

"Although I like coming here every once in a while, they do have a nice variety of drinks and food. I wish they would have more people at the check outs, as there is always a long line, the staff usually seem moody whenever I go, a smile wouldn't hurt, and I have to always ask how much my total is or ask for a bag. It's a different experience to what you see at other supermarkets. They actually speak to you.."
