"Went in at 5.30pm shopped around and needed another trolley sent son out to grab one and one off the staff ignored him and took all the trolleys in store and in the back store room was baffled as they close at 8pm?! There was only a few baskets available at hand so we couldn’t do our full shop as planned. The member of staff seen we needed another trolley and jus ignored us then another member of staff a female lady who looked like management was huffing and puffing at us while we were loading our items on for scanning. Found the staff unprofessional and rude."
