Good Snacc:

"i would give this place less stars if i could.... we ordered through deliveroo but they deliver their own pizza. the wait was 2+ hours and when i called and talked they told me the driver had broken down in the car and ruined the pizza and food? then told me it would be just 40 minutes because they would have to remake it... so we waited and it took longer than 40 minutes so it was already 3 hours of waiting. i called and texted again, deliveroo and red planet pizza, and they said it would be 10 minutes at most. it was not, it was 20 more minutes. finally we called and said we didn't even want it and they said he was there in 5 minutes. finally he came and it wasn't even what we ordered. we ordered a margarita pizza with sides and extras but got a skimpy cheese pizza with no other sides. it was horrible, will never be ordering from them again, the service was also terrible, on the phone we asked for a refund because well.... and they refused. DO ORDER FROM HERE IM SO SAD ALL I WANTED WAS PIZZA"
