"Feel free to put up your cherry bakewells by 10p by all means but don't leave the 85p price there if you're charging 95p now, issues every time I visit (including a till that sometimes double scans items and still hasn't been fixed!) Been in again tonight, still 85p price on Apple pies and Bakewell tarts but you get charged 95p at the tills!"

"If you want to buy one thing, or even a handful of things, you've potentially got to wait behind two or three trolleys worth of stuff before you can do so. If you don't want to buy anything, there's no way to get out, other than squeeze past customers at the checkout. Poor customer service in my opinion. The supposed value for money, to me, is irrelevant. Their oat milk is more expensive than anywhere else I've seen, including the big chains. So I'm not convinced about that either."
