"I entered the store and waited behind another lady that was in front of me, the woman behind the desk didn’t serve her and instead continued to take her phone call. When I finally got to the till I got very rudely told she needed to see ID which I showed to her but then she asked me when I was going to turn 18. I told her that I had already done so 5 months ago and she shrugged her shoulders and served me. When I payed by card I noticed at least 50 or so receipts coming out the card machine that had been yet to be broken off. To end it all off she threw the card holder at me for me to pay."

"This shop are still asking for minimum £5 on card payment, as I only had a bottle of milk priced £1 she wanted to charge me £1.20 I refused and mentioned the law changed in 2018 and this is now illegal to do so and so she let me pay £1. All the items near the till never have prices on and that’s so you impulse buy them to get to the fiver she requests you make. The man in front of me payed £1 for a small packet of chocolate buttons as he had to keep asking the price of all the chocolate he bought just to get his item paid for on card."

"Went in to active a new gas card. Lady at the counter started questioning me over some trouble they had the day before? She pulled up CCTV images on her phone, and I said I was happy to identify myself against them to which she shrugged and put the phone down. She also asked me to take my hat off for her which I did instantly. I was then suddenly told that my new card didn't work, even though it hadn't been in the machine, and told to leave. I was treated like a thug, when I was only but polite and compliant trying to get my heating turned back on. Rude and offensive behaviour from the lady working there who was totally uncooperative."

"Fantastic supermarket, never had shopping like it. Only problem is that the prices keep rising constantly due to tax inflation!"
