"They call it the perfect pizza but this is the worst pizza I’ve had. My pizza was delivered and damaged inside. It was awful. I’ve have been trying to contact perfect pizza and no one has got back to me. Not impressed at all."
"Ordered a pizza for collection, went to pick the pizza up and they had made the wrong pizza, I asked them to re-make the pizza instead was told to pay for the pizza that I didn’t order. Been going here for almost 20 years never had any issues, instead of an apology i got attitude from rude members of staff. Very disappointed will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on."
"I’ve always ordered pizza from perfect pizza but yesterday was the worst experience ever. There was a lady who I have never spoken to before who took the call and she was so rude. I was sent a meatfeast pizza with no ham just pepperoni. When I called back and sent them a photo too she was arguing with me. Wouldn’t admit she was in the wrong or apologise. When I asked to be put through to the manager she said he will call me back and put the phone down. They have now lost a loyal customer. Food gone down and worst customer service."
